Located in a very quiet local community near Airport/Skytrain at SE Marine/Main St. It's the only rental unit in the house, thus you will be the only guest throughout the stay.

* Laundry room with free to use washer, drying rack. Coin operated pay-per-use Dryer

* Kitchenette includes for light cooking:
- 1800W cooking stove
- Oven and microwave
- 4.5 Cu Ft two doors fridge

- Car: 11 min to Airport, 23 min to Downtown
- Walk: 7 min to Superstore for grocery, 3 min to Bus Stops
- Bus: 6 min to Cambie Skytrain station, 40 min to Downtown

* Free Street Parking. There are plenty spots on Sophia St which is 45m or 150ft away in case the 63rd Ave is full. There is no parking restriction in the area except no parking in front of fire hydrant

Other things to note
* Quiet hours 1100pm-800am

* While the whole house is quiet at night, there could be some small noise above living room around lunch/dinner time, where the upper floor kitchen is located

* If you have 3+ guests, or prefer separate beds for each of 2 guests, please select "3 guests" option and we will set up a sofa bed with bed sheet.

* No incense burning or smoking.

* We can help pick-up or drop-off at Vancouver Airport/train station at $15 (7-seater minivan) if needed, subject to availability
