Airbnb Guest parking is top right of concrete driveway. The parking space measures 12 1/2 ft. wide. Park centrally in the allocated area for easy in/out both sides of your vehicle. Keep concrete in both rear view mirrors when backing down :)
Convenience counter across from microwave, mini-fridge & coffeemaker. (Small area between bedroom & bathroom.)
Mini-fridge, microwave (full sized), K-cup coffeemaker and bath areas. All dishware/glassware/silverware is washed and "wrapped" between Guest usages. Textiles and Suite cleanings exceed CDC & Airbnb minimum standards (always has & always will.)
Screen/glass combo locking storm door allows outside air to circulate within the Suite. Great feature for Fall & Spring seasons or have morning coffee listening to the birds.

Serene forested Foothills setting, private entrance & ample outdoor space with Patio Seating. 15 minutes to Blowing Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway & App Ski Mtn. Very popular Cyclist routes all around this location & area.
Cyclists, Kayakers & Sports enthusiasts may store their gear in the adjoining basement area (this door) at night for security of items.
While the lawn & yard area outside the Suite is very private, Window & Door roller shades are present for Guests who desire additional privacy.
Access to Private Bath, Microwave/Mini-Fridge/Coffeemaker & Convenience Counter.
"Extra" bath linens, blanket and entry door mat textiles on top shelf above microwave/fridge. All dishes, glasses/cups and silverware are individually wrapped, after cleaned, awaiting next use (shelf below extra textiles.)

Upon entering the Suite, please review the Suite info book on the sideboard for proper use of amenities, furnishings & utilities. Wifi details, HVAC & TV remote control guides are also included. My area recreational Guidebook is online in Listing.
In addition to the 4 pillows on the bed, there are 2 optional pillows in the center of Sideboard offering different comfort levels.
Shower interior.
Bath cabinet contains First Aid Kit, hair dryer, shower mat and extra toilet tissue. To avoid any potential allergy issues, Guests are requested to bring their own soap or shower gel.
Airbnb parking area & driveway to street. Parking space is 12 1/2 ft. wide. Host car is idle (doesn't go in and out) during a Guest stay. As a result, the Guest vehicle has priority use of parking area and driveway.
For your reference when arriving, an Airbnb Guest parking sign is on display at your parking space.
Upon your arrival, directional signage indicates to walk across front lawn to open fence gate. Turn left after going thru gate to pebbled landing. This is your patio & access to Airbnb private Entrance & Lockbox.
Suite entry. Lockbox & instructions are located at base of exterior light pole slightly above brick wall (as seen in picture on left side.) The Lockbox key works with the permanent entry door - not the storm door. Your code is tested 2x by Host.
Outdoor seating, wooded setting.
First morning coffee supplies. Please bring additional needs of your preference for use with the K-cup coffeemaker. New K-cup coffeemaker installed each year.
The famous "Oops I Forgot! Something" Convenience Shelf (various toiletry selections if you missed packing). These items are not included in the rental rate as automatic takeaways. Please only remove something forgotten. Thank you kindly!

Location is: 15 min to App Ski Mtn/Blowing Rock/Blue Ridge Pkwy/Pisgah Natl Forest 30 min to Boone/ASU/Linville/Banner Elk. 45 min to Beech/Sugar Mtn Ski. Perfect for a restful night & jump off to a day's adventure in the High Country. Popular hike/bike routes, trout fishing, zipline & river/lake kayaking within 30 min. Great location for outdoor enthusiasts north of Lenoir, off Hwy 321N. 2-4 nite stays avbl for 1-2 adults, both over 21 yrs. age.

The space
The Guest Suite offers a spacious bedroom/dining combo and private bath comfortable for 1-2 adults. A mini-split HVAC unit allows you to control your environment's temperature to your personal preference. The private entry and lock box offers an effortless self-entry and departure during your comings and goings. The exterior area, from the parking to your entrance, is well lit all during the night. The geographic location of the Suite is north of Lenoir, southeast of Blowing Rock and close to most all popular High Country & Blue Ridge Parkway experiences. PLEASE NOTE: Upper level of home occupied by Owner - daytime typical noise can be heard. Hence, Airbnb Suite is not suitable for daytime home office workers, 2nd or 3rd shift workers due to activity on upper level and lawncare duties on the exterior that also creates typical daytime sounds.

Property is located on sloping terrain and not recommended for persons with mobility challenges.
