It is a romantic and quiet place for a couple who want to spend undisturbed time alone. It is in a quiet suburb, just 200 metres from a municipal bus stop.

Right in front of the house there is a little roofed terrace furnished with a table and chairs. It is surrounded by apple and pear trees and is ideal for relaxing or enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. You can park your car free of charge in front of the garage at the owner’s house.

The little house only measures 12m², but it provides all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The room consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a dining table, as well as a kitchen unit with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The separate bathroom has a washbasin, shower and toilet.

It is 20 minutes to the town centre. The bus stop, the nearest supermarket and an Italian restaurant are 200 metres from the house. There is also a Serbian restaurant just around the corner, with a variety of dishes every day. There is a park nearby with lovely old trees, which provide shade on walks. Other popular public parks are Tivoli Park and Rožnik.

The house does not have a TV, but you will not miss it when you are lying in the hammock in the garden instead, reading a good book that you can borrow at the nearby library. You can use a washing machine at the owner’s house.
