The space
Right in the middle of everything: Legoland for the kiddos, the beach for everyone. Perfect home base for weddings in Fallbrook and Temecula.

Your dogs are welcome for no extra charge. The huge yard is fully gated, but we recommend you keep an eye on your pets and little ones.

Lots of room for the whole family. Two living rooms, a formal dining room plus a casual dining space in the kitchen.

Kitchen has lots of spices and cooking equipment and even snacks and other items for you to eat.

Game Room with Skeeball, Foosball, Ms. PacMan, Galaga, Dig Dug, Jumbo Connect Four. Super fun for the whole family (games subject to change).

Master Bedroom Upstairs - Brand new king sized bed with memory foam mattress. Dresser, large closet and bathroom. Lots of room to sit and relax with windows everywhere. There is a desk in the master as well.

Downstairs bedroom - Full Bunk Beds. Horse themed room. Super cute.

Upstairs bedroom 1 - Full Bunk Beds. Hot rods / Cars themed room.

Upstairs bedroom 2 - Queen bed, dog themed room. These two rooms share a bathroom.

Two outdoor patios, plus the elevated deck with gas firepit and seating with a big umbrella.

DOGS
We are a dog-friendly home and happily welcome four-legged guests. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay. Because many families travel with their dogs, this may not be the best fit for guests with severe pet allergies.

We share this upfront so everyone can book with confidence.

Guest access
The whole house is yours to use. You won't be sharing with anyone. Garage is not included but there is plenty of parking on the big driveway.

A couple days before arrival, you'll get your private code to the front door.

There are three entrances / exits to the property. Front door and two that lead to the backyard.

Other things to note
A Few Helpful Notes

• The two indoor fireplaces are decorative and not operational. The outdoor gas firepit on the elevated deck is fully functional and a favorite spot for sunset views.

• Some of the original windows are older and a few are not designed to open. Others may be a bit stiff. The home is equipped with dual central air conditioning, and the coastal breeze keeps temperatures comfortable throughout most of the year.
