Inside, you’ll find a cozy blend of old and new: vintage wood floors, a fireplace for chilly nights, a big family room for board games and puzzles, and a well-stocked, recently updated kitchen for hearty meals after a day exploring the mountains or local towns.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire farmhouse and all 6 acres of the property—including the oversized deck, firepit, swing set, wide-open lawn, and peaceful wooded trails. Whether you’re grilling, exploring, or simply soaking in the mountain air, it’s all yours to enjoy in total privacy.

While I won’t be on-site, I’m always just a message away via Airbnb or phone. I’m happy to offer local tips, help with anything that comes up, or just give you the space to fully relax and unwind.

We are on top of a mountain, with abundant peace and quiet. A 5 minute drive to the bottom of the mountain will take you to downtown Margaretville, where you can find everything you need; pharmacy, grocery store, shopping, coffee, and restaurants. We are also a short 15 minute drive from Belleayre mountain for all the winter sports.
