The space
The main floor suite features hardwood floors, a spacious 6-seater sectional with a 55-inch tv (Prime Video and Netflix included), a dedicated work-from-home office desk, and three well-sized bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed. The cozy bathroom offers a warm, relaxing shower, and the large kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare a simple home-cooked meal.

As a welcome touch, we leave complimentary chocolates on the beds for all guests, along with popcorn and bottled water to enjoy during your stay.

PARKING: Free on the street, there are usually 2 available spots right in front of the property.

Since this is the main floor and someone is below you, we ask that you be mindful of quiet hours (10 pm-7 am) and loud steps, pets barking, etc.

Please note that the backyard is not available for guest use at this time.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire main-floor suite. Please note that there is a door in the kitchen that remains locked on both sides; this door separates the main-floor suite from the basement entrance. For safety and privacy, please do not use this door.

Please note that we have three security cameras located on the property, two are located at the front and one in the backyard.

Additionally, the backyard is not permitted for guest use at this time. If you are bringing pets to the property, please use the front yard and be sure to clean up after your pets.

Other things to note
Some of our appliances are older, but they are well-maintained. If you experience any issues or need assistance with anything in the home, please feel free to message us—we are always available and ready to help as soon as possible.
