It's a site where silence at night is disturbed only by the musical clatter of the waves and in the morning by the chirping of birds. It's also a healthy refuge, a secluded hideaway, an intimate place to recharge your batteries, regain vitality and reconnect with nature. The villa is ideal for those exhausted by the hectic pace of city life. Even a short stay will recharge your batteries for the battle ahead. Add to that the cleanliness of the place and the warmth of the welcome. At your disposal is a whole first floor of the villa: an independent entrance, a living room (2 sofas) with a dining room, a bay window with exit to a large covered terrace with sea view with two cushioned benches, two tables, chairs; a fully equipped American style kitchen (fridge, minibar, hob, oven, microwave, cooking utensils) with a breakfast area. 3 bedrooms: the first with a separate shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, mega double bed, baby cot, garden view and access to a large covered sea-view terrace with cushioned seating. A second bedroom with a double bed and side sea view, a second bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. A third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a garden view. In the bathrooms you will find hygiene products, towels and a hairdryer.
The villa is air-conditioned, has ADSL internet access with WiFi, flat-screen TV with satellite channels (Astra, Nilesat, Horbird), library, washing machine, clotheshorse, iron.
Exiting through a back door you go to the garden and an open terrace with parasols, benches, tables, chairs and barbecue plus an outside shower room with shower and toilet. There is indoor parking for 3 cars.
Access: The entire first floor of the villa via a separate entrance, the covered terraces.
Please note: the garden, the shower room in the garden, the open terrace and the car park are to be shared with potential tenants of the garden-floor flat.
There is a 3.5m Happiecat catamaran parked in the garden.
