The apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen and offers a dining and living area with a 37-inch flat-screen smart TV.

Common amenities include a swimming pool, game room, cinema, and gym that are available for guests' use. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm, with Monday reserved for deep cleaning and subject to change due to weather or necessary maintenance. The cinema and game room are open only during business hours from Monday to Friday, except holidays. We are not responsible for any planned or unplanned closures of amenities, including the pool, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

Please note: One of the bathrooms in this unit currently has a leak in the ceiling. Our maintenance team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we appreciate your understanding as we address this. The rest of the unit remains fully functional for your comfort.

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay.

The check-in process is contactless and you can check-in yourself using your phone. Although we don't have onsite support staff available at all times, we are just a touch of a button away from you in case you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

The building is located at the heart of Downtown Dallas. You’ll be in a very urban setting in addition to being in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise. Please note, as, with any urban area, there can be observable transient traffic.
Due to the building's age and location in the center of the city, you can expect to hear typical city center noises. If you are sensitive to aromas, this historical building may not be an ideal place for you.

There’s no cable connection. You may use your personal Netflix or YouTube account on the smart TV.
The apartment is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
