This is a 2BR/2BTH apartment close to the convention center. It features spectacular views of downtown Dallas from all rooms.

The apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen and offers a dining and living area with a 43-inch flat-screen smart TV.

Both bedrooms have king-size beds and the place can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

The living room has a large sectional sofa.

A foldable bed with a twin-size mattress and/or twin-size floor mattress can be provided upon request. Please let us know in advance if there will be more than 4 guests staying at the apartment so we can provide additional beds and linen. Note that the maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests.

Common amenities include a swimming pool, game room, cinema, and gym that are available for guests' use. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm, with Monday reserved for deep cleaning and subject to change due to weather or necessary maintenance. The cinema and game room are open only during business hours from Monday to Friday, except holidays. We are not responsible for any planned or unplanned closures of amenities, including the pool, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay.

The check-in process is contactless and you can check-in yourself using your phone. Although we don't have onsite support staff available at all times, we are just a touch of a button away from you in case you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

You'll find yourself in a lively urban setting in the heart of Downtown Dallas, where noise and transient traffic are common. This vibrant neighborhood features a diverse community, and it's not unusual to encounter various social groups, including those experiencing homelessness.

Due to the building's age and location in the center of the city, you can expect to hear typical city center noises. If you are sensitive to aromas, this historical building may not be an ideal place for you.

There’s no cable connection. You may use your personal Netflix or YouTube account on the smart TV.
The apartment is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
