You’ll receive a personalized link with simple, step-by-step instructions that guide you through the background check, the optional damage waiver, and the rest of the check-in process—making your arrival seamless and stress-free.

⏰ Concierge Hours: The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

🔑 Please note: Fobs will not grant access to amenity spaces outside of operating hours. Each unit is limited to one key/fob, and we are unable to provide extras.

⚠️ Late Check-In Policy:
If you are arriving on Sunday and Monday after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning.

⚠️ Guest Policy: Building management strictly enforces a maximum of 2 registered guests per unit. Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of overnight stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

A background check (no SSN required) is mandatory for all reservations. Please note that valet parking does not accept pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.
To maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone, we require background and ID verification. Guests can choose between a refundable security deposit (a temporary hold on your card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

➤ A Smart TV is provided; however, streaming services are not pre-logged in. Guests are welcome to use their own accounts and should remember to log out upon checkout. 📺

A background check and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. If the background check is not completed or does not pass, building management reserves the right to deny entry. Please complete all verification steps promptly. Refunds cannot be issued if entry is denied on the check-in day due to late submission.
