You’ll receive a personalized link with simple, step-by-step instructions that guide you through the background check, the optional damage waiver, and the rest of the check-in process—making your arrival seamless and stress-free.
⏰ Concierge Hours: The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

⚠️ Late Check-In Policy:
If you are arriving on Sunday and Monday after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning.

⚠️ Guest Policy: Building management strictly enforces a maximum of 2 registered guests per unit. Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of overnight stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
