The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and serene coastal decor, creating the perfect retreat. The guest room offers a cozy queen bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers. Families and groups will love the quad bunk room, complete with four full-sized beds perfect for shared laughter and lasting memories. Every bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom with brand-new Kohler fixtures, fresh linens, and spa-like details to make your stay truly exceptional.

KITCHEN + DINING:
Welcome to a kitchen that seamlessly blends modern elegance with coastal charm. Featuring brand-new appliances, high-end light fixtures, sleek black granite countertops, and stylish gold accents, this space is as functional as it is beautiful. Fully equipped with all-new cookware and dining ware, it’s ready for everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners. Pull up a seat at the island on one of our Serena & Lily Riviera barstools, combining timeless design with unmatched comfort. The bright dining area, bathed in natural light, offers the perfect setting for gathering and sharing meals. At The Big Sea, every detail has been carefully curated to elevate your experience.

Begin your morning with coffee on the outdoor sofa by the handcrafted wooden table, or wind down in the evening with a cocktail under the soft glow of lantern-style lighting. Adjust the floor-to-ceiling privacy shades, gather with friends and family, and enjoy the game on the 55” flat-screen TV while taking in the lush surroundings. It’s the ideal space to relax and recharge after a day at the beach or pool, both just a short walk away.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
Gulf Bear Homes has everything you need for a seamless and relaxing 30A getaway. Enjoy the convenience of private beach access, just a short walk from the home, with eight backpack beach chairs ready for your lounging days in the sun. Explore the scenic 30A area on six brand-new beach cruiser bikes, complete with helmets, locks and optional baskets for your adventures. The home also includes two dedicated parking spots and access to a serene community pool for a refreshing dip.

Additionally, we have 8 brand-new (and very comfortable) backpack-style beach chairs for our guests to use at the beach.

For your convenience, a new washer and dryer are available in the laundry room, along with light cleaning supplies to keep things tidy during your stay. To get you started, we’ve provided the basics: shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your stay is comfortable, convenient, and filled with unforgettable coastal memories.
