The main level includes living room, dining area, laundry room, and well equipped kitchen with sea-glass-looking countertops, bar sink, and wine refrigerator. The first floor also features a Master bedroom with a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, two full bathrooms, and a Bunk Room that sleeps four with a Smart TV. The upper level boasts two bedrooms, one queen and the other with a full bed, as well as a half bath. LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED for your convenience.

Beat the heat with our ground level outdoor seating area with sofa, table, chairs, picnic table, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A utility closet houses beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, bikes, corn hole boards, beach toys, and a large beach cart for easy transportation to the beach.

Extras include: Beverage refrigerator, Keurig, and regular coffee maker, air fryer, coffee grinder, waffle maker, wi-fi throughout house, high chair, pack and play, bed linens, hair dryers in all bathrooms, starter package and few extra special treats for our guests!

Current View Cottage is in such a great location on the "Beach Road" (as the locals call it) at milepost 3.5. No need to sit in traffic going to the northern or southern beaches. Perfectly situated in a quiet residential area, and quick access to numerous restaurants and recreational amenities.
