Enjoy breathtaking bayside views from the balcony of the Crooked Crab Condo! The Our Place at the Beach condo complex features one of the largest pools in Ocean City and even has a kiddie pool. This tastefully decorated 2b/2ba condo features a great living room with new furniture and large Roku TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. Just two blocks from the beach and close to all of OCs favorite restaurants and attractions!

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the second bedroom. The new matching sofa set has a fold out queen bed too. Kitchen has everything you need including utensils, plates, cups, cookware, etc. Linens, shower towels and starter supplies included.

New since photos: added clothes washer & dryer (2024), new sofa sleeper & love seat (2022), removed carpet & installed LVT throughout (2022)

We purchased our condo in 2018 to have a place to make memories with our family. Immediately, we refreshed the look, gave it a name: Crooked Crab Condo, and my wife, Randi, added her decorating touch to make it our home away from home. After a few years of renting through management companies, we wanted to improve the guest experience. In 2023, we decided to self-manage to ensure our friends, family, and guests are taken care of like family.

Two parking spots/passes included for on-site parking, just steps away from condo. On-street parking also available. Ocean City Beach Bus stops one-block from condo. Ride for $4 all-day.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Door lock code will be provided to each guest prior to stay. Check-in is 4pm. Text/email will be sent when unit is clean and available, so check-in may be available sooner.

House Rules

All guests must abide by Our Place at the Beach (OPATB) HOA Rules and Regulations and Pool Rules. Enjoy OCMD and be nice and considerate to others!

Payment Policy

We accept Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle and Apple Pay. 50% deposit due to confirm reservation. 100% payment due by 30 days prior to stay. Refundable security deposit due by 3 days before stay.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit collected to protect against damage beyond normal wear and tear. Collected prior to check-in, and refunded promptly after cleaning and inspection following check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund when stay is cancelled 30+ days before arrival. Refunds for cancellation less than 30 days from stay will be given if unit can be rented.
