This quiet, single-story home sits a few blocks from the Sandy River river in Timberline Rim, a community that gives you access to an outdoor pool and tennis courts at the clubhouse around the corner. It's the perfect escape, just a quick 1 hour from Portland, and is a great home base for outdoor excursions. With the Sandy Ridge Trail System, Wildwood Recreation Site, and Three Nines Golf Course all within six miles. For world-class skiing, it's a short and scenic drive to Mt. Hood Skibowl (16 miles), Timberline Lodge (17 miles), and Mt. Hood Meadows 27 miles.

Enjoy a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining nook for meals and after-dinner card games, and a desk workspace where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi with a view of the woods.
