This quiet, single-story home sits a few blocks from the Sandy River river in Timberline Rim, a community that gives you access to an outdoor pool and tennis courts at the clubhouse around the corner. It's the perfect escape, just a quick 1 hour from Portland, and is a great home base for outdoor excursions. With the Sandy Ridge Trail System, Wildwood Recreation Site, and Three Nines Golf Course all within six miles. For world-class skiing, it's a short and scenic drive to Mt. Hood Skibowl (16 miles), Timberline Lodge (17 miles), and Mt. Hood Meadows (27 miles).

Begin and end each beautiful summer day outside on the wraparound deck, sipping your morning coffee in the fragrant mountain air and admiring the glow of the sunset in the evergreens that surround you. Come winter, curl up by the pellet stove with a movie streaming on TV and the snow falling outside.

With its large windows and open living space. Enjoy a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining nook for meals and after-dinner card games, and a desk workspace where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi with a view of the woods. All bedrooms have brand new mattresses and wall heaters for added comfort. A private washer/dryer is provided.

Guests get use of the entire cabin except master closet.
