This home is equipped for it all!From the moment you enter this cozy farmhouse style 2-level home, you will be surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere. There are two balconies and a deck, as well as, a fenced in pool area. So many places to enjoy the outdoors! Relax on the front balcony to see water views of the Coan River or use the back balcony to view endless miles of cornfields.

The home is newly equipped with advanced fiber optic internet, a 65 inch smart TV, and even a Soul Cycle bike with Equinox fitness classes programmed on the bike's flat screen! There is also a laundry room available to wash and dry your clothes during your stay. There is also a large jetted tub in the primary bathroom to relax and unwind in.

Custom kitchen

Enjoy the use of our custom kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and custom cabinetry! We've got two sets of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and plenty of cooking utensils and bakeware to make your stay feel like a home away from home!

On-site activities

We have board games available in the living room for use so you can cozy up to the fireplace in the evenings and play games with your friends or family! On the second floor there is also a game area with a foosball table to enjoy. Outside our pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and goes up to 8 feet in depth! (Note: there is no lifeguard on-site so swim at your own risk) And if you're more in the mood to just relax and take it easy, take a walk down the lane to experience the tranquil fields of Glebe View Farms.

Kid friendly

There is a crib available on-site for those with little ones and a life jacket for small children that can be used at the pool or on your trips to the lake. Plus games are provided in the living room cabinets for your enjoyment.

The property is located within 5 minutes of Coan River marina where you can enjoy the waterfront. It is a ten minute drive from Food Lion, Family Dollar, the bank, the hardware store, antique shops, restaurants, and the best coffee truck in the area! Drive up to 25 minutes away to explore wineries, parks, and marinas. And up to an hour away to explore state parks, trails, and historical sites.
