Walking distance to Coligny where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shops, & entertainment for all ages. Community swimming pool is located just steps out the back door of the unit.

Courtside Villas property does not allow pets and is strictly monitored with fines ... this is mandated by the resort.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 6

Payment Policy

50% deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 10 days before check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A $200 refundable security deposit will be charged 1 day before check-in. This will be refunded within a week after check-out, assuming there are no damages to the property or additional cleaning needed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive full refund (minus non-refundable credit card processing fee). No refunds will be issued if canceled less than 30 days in advance.

Notes
