Comfy Spacious Place for 2

This cute duplex features 1 bedroom and 1 bath in the heart of Murray Hill. Accommodates short or long stays with full kitchen and laundry room within. Free parking in back or on the street. Perfect for reconnecting with family or friends in Jacksonville. There are hardwood floors throughout. You enter through the living room and access the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom through a hallway or alternatively you can bypass the hall and walk directly through (your choice). The eating area and laundry room are both at the back of the kitchen.

If you have never booked with us before, we will need to meet you to checkin and see your credit card as well as your id (which must match the credit card).

If you would like to pay using CashAp,Venmo or Zelle that is another option and we may not need to meet you for these. Fraud is rampant and we can't take the chance any longer. We are sorry for the inconvenience :(
