Pet friendly Quaint bungalow ready for your comfort and enjoyment. Relax in the screened patio overlooking a large, fenced back yard. Home features 825 sq feet of cozy living.

This home is perfect for a family of 4 reconnecting with Jacksonville friends and family. Work crews too!

Updated with quiet motion sensor vent with Bluetooth speaker in bathroom as well as remote controlled fans. We kept the retro tile. We enjoy the mix of old and new features.

Pets love this very large backyard!!!2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room combined with dining area, kitchen and laundry.

Pets are allowed but there is a fee which should be agreed to before booking. Please inquire with pet info so this can be agreed to up front.

We use a Schlage keypad on the door and you will be issued a unique code for your stay. We will let you know that code the day of checkin.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Maximum occupancy: 4

House Rules

Pets (if included) must be preapproved and a $25 fee per day per pet. Fee must be paid before access to the property is granted.

No third party bookings. We want/need to know who is staying and be able to communicate directly with them. (Business bookings just be up front about it.)

No illegal activities on the property. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM

Payment Policy

We accept 50% up front but need full payment 10 days before the booking begins.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund of remainder of booking if cancelled during stay or within 7 days.

All refunds are subject to a 10% fee since our fee service company is charging us.
