Furnished PRIVATE room with a queen-size bed, with access to a shared washroom. The room is air-conditioned and includes internet and TV.

Located about a 2-minute walk to the bus stop. No parking is available on the property; however, guests may park on the roadside at their own risk.

We provide airport pick-up and drop off services ($80). This service is only reserved with your booking. We do not accept airport pick up or drop off on site.

The space
Room 1 is our semi-premium room. It receives plenty of sunshine from the rear window and is the second biggest room. The room features a wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors, as well as a night desk and desk lamp.

Room 2 is the smallest room. The window faces the right side of the building, allowing in early morning sunshine and fresh air. Similar to Room 1, it includes a queen-size bed, night desk, lamp, standing mirror, and a 32" TV.

Room 3 is our new premium (double) room and the biggest. It includes a king-size bed, reading/dining table, 55" TV, and a kitchen (no stove or cooking permitted in the building, as prohibited by city bylaws).

In general, our facility offers streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon. A shared coffee maker, hot water kettle with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sweetener are available at the entrance. Complimentary drinking water is also provided in the fridge. Plates, spoons, forks, and knives are stored on top of the fridge and in the kitchen cabinet in Room 3.

Guest access
Guest rooms are upstairs. Its a self-check in house. Your room key will be waiting for you in your room. The main door is accessed by number combination key lock.

During your stay
We strive to keep the number of guests in the house as low as possible. As a result, meeting other guests is uncommon, and you may often be the only guest occupying the floor.

Guest interactions typically occur in the hallway or at the entrance to the property. Complimentary water is provided in the fridge, along with coffee, tea, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

Two rooms are equipped with 32" smart TVs, while the double room features a 55" smart TV. Streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Tubi are available.

Other things to note
A 7-Eleven convenience store is about 2 minutes away. Restaurants and nightlife are also close to the property. A live-music Mexican restaurant is about a 10-minute walk away on weekends. Various ethnic restaurants are easily accessible from the house.

If you are visiting Toronto to attend music concerts like BTS or Bruno Mars or coming to Blue Jays, Raptor, Maple Leaf, Soccer World cup, the property is about 30 minutes by bus and subway from Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, and other major attractions.
The price is per person.
For additional $70 we have airport pickup and drop off service. Guests have to book this service when they book for reservation. We do NOT accept airport services/reservations at the property.
