Welcome to the Classic Provo Character Home, a beautifully preserved 1910 home blending historic charm with all the modern amenities you need for a perfect stay in Provo. Boasting 1,129 square feet of thoughtfully curated space, this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

The Bedrooms (3 Queen Beds Total – Sleeps 6)
Front Bedroom: Features a plush queen bed, convenient suitcase bins, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair—perfect for remote work. (Note: This room does not have a closet).

Second Bedroom: Includes a cozy queen bed, closet with hangers, and an extra blanket for chilly nights.

Downstairs Bedroom/Suite: A massive bonus space featuring a queen bed, two closets, hooks for hanging clothes/towels, beanbag chairs, a dartboard, books, games, a mini-fridge, and an extra toaster oven nearby for quick snacks.

Living & Dining
Living Room: Unwind on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the TV. Need extra warmth? Cozy up with the extra blankets safely stored in the ottoman.

Dining Area: A classic dining setup that comfortably seats 6.

Kitchen & Bath
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Ready for home-cooked meals with full appliances and a dedicated coffee station (pro-tip: extra coffee is stored right above the coffee maker!).

Bathroom: Located conveniently right off the kitchen, featuring a main shower with a standard twist knob, a blow dryer, a toiletry stand, built-in cabinetry, a first aid kit, and extra cleaning/paper supplies.

The Backyard: Step outside to your private oasis featuring a small seating area with a table and two chairs, a spacious lawn area perfect for yard games, and beautiful cafe string lights to set the mood.

Note: The back deck is owner-only/off-limits to guests. The cafe light remote is located right by the back door; please remember to turn them off and return the remote when you're done enjoying the evening!

Arrival Note: The house is easily accessed directly from Center Street. If driving east, the house will be on your right-hand side. If driving west, you may need to make a quick U-turn to pull safely into the driveway.

🔍 Guest Access & Important House Rules
Check-in: Keyless entry. Guests enter a unique 4-digit code that will be available via the boarding pass/guest portal link provided.

Parking: Driveway access available. (The detached garage is strictly for owner/staff equipment storage).

Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during late-night hours.

We communicate to our guests via Airbnb app.

Fees Disclosure:
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
• A pet fee applies for approved, pre-registered pets at $59 per pet
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property. No exceptions.
