Modern, Clean, and Spacious bedroom in a classic brownstone townhouse in Manhattan on a residential and school street located directly next to Metro North train stop (10 min away from Grand Central).

My place is best for couples, families, and groups of friends visiting the city. It also suits those here for business as it is equipped with fast wifi. If you're here for a festival, Randall's Island is 10 min away. I hope I can make your trip to the city both a comfortable and an affordable one!
There are two bedrooms in my apartment that will be available for booking. The apartment is a recently renovated duplex with one bedroom unit on the top floor (the Loft unit), and one bedroom on the bottom floor (the Garden unit). The apartment is placed in a beautiful, classic New York brownstone building. Booking this unit means you will be staying in the upstairs Loft unit. The only thing that will be shared is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything else will be private to you.

Per local regulations, the max number of guests I can host are 2 guests, any additional unreported guests will be charged $100/guest/night.

The Loft unit is a spacious bedroom with high 15 foot ceilings, designed in a classic New York Loft style. The room has a spacious queen size bed, an office area for you to work in, and plenty of closet space. The room will be equipped with an entertainment system, heating and cooling, and high-speed internet.

There is a futon that converts into a full-size bed in order to accommodate more guests. The bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door, that is newly renovated with a full-size bath and shower. There will be extra linens and towels, but please use conservatively as it will not be replenished during your stay.
