Charming Cottage in Walkable Downtown Decatur - Decatur

NO SMOKING Guests are not to smoke inside an AirBnB listing. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, etc. Guests must use designated bins for Cigarette butts outdoors only. No littering. No Illegal Substances/Activities Allowed on the Premises. PETS Except for assistance animals, guests should not bring any pets inside which have not been registered, bring more pets than are authorized, or fail to disclose any pets brought along to the property. PARTIES Guests should respect the approved number of guests—both for overnight stays and for other visits to the property. Please, no parties; no loud noises past 10 PM. Any overnight guests past the maximum capacity (5 people) will be charged by each guest at $50/person. CLEANING Food or beverages should not be consumed in the bedrooms and is limited to only the common areas. Used dishes should be rinsed off in dishwasher for cleaning. Towels should not be used to remove makeup. Do not flush feminine products down toilet or wet wipes. ELECTRICAL Do not turn off the Central Air. Guests may set the temperature however they please. Guests should not leave windows opened with the AC running. FURNISHINGS Please treat furnishings with care. Do not move furniture, some items are fragile. This is my personal home and a lot of these pieces are unique and have sentimental value. Any damages will be reported to AirBnb and charged for.
