The space
Welcome to Snow Bunny Cottage—a cozy mountain retreat perfect for small families and couples looking to unplug and recharge. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by tall pines, this charming cabin is just a short walk to Green Valley Lake and a quick drive to Snow Valley, Big Bear, and Lake Arrowhead. Inside, you'll find a queen bedroom, a kids’ bunk room, and a love seat sofa bed in the fireplace-warmed living room. The fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, and Smart TV with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ make relaxing easy. Step outside to a large, string-lit deck—ideal for grilling, stargazing, or morning cocoa with the birds. With fast Wi-Fi, peaceful vibes, and pet-friendly options (with approval), this is the kind of place where memories are made—whether it’s your first trip to the mountains or your favorite return.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin—inside and out—so feel free to make yourself at home! Stretch out on the deck, cook up a meal, stream your favorite shows, or cozy up by the fireplace.

The living room closet is reserved for our housekeeping team.

Firewood on the property is not for guest use—please bring your own if you plan to use the fireplace (bundles are available in town).

We kindly ask that you respect our house rules and be mindful of our quiet mountain neighborhood so everyone—guests and locals alike—can enjoy the peace and beauty of Green Valley Lake.

Other things to note
• Please note: the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed best suited for children. Access to this room is through the main bedroom.

• We welcome small dogs under 20 lbs with prior approval. Pets must be cleared before booking. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation without refund. This is to protect your pet’s safety and maintain our home’s quality.

• The cabin includes high-speed Wi-Fi, great for remote work or streaming.

• Occupancy is strictly limited to 4 guests, per County regulations. Bringing extra guests without approval may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

• We do our best to accommodate special requests—just message us in advance to discuss options and any additional pricing.

• Weekly, monthly, and long-term stay discounts available—feel free to inquire!
