Private backyard with a fire pit, gas grill, and picnic table with Pergola, table. Minutes to: Elmwood Marina/ beach, market, dairy freeze, tart trail, old mission peninsula, & downtown. Bikes and Kayaks included. RENTS SATURDAY-SATURDAY in summer and 3 day min starting in September. 6 ghuest Maximum by STR License # 2026-45.

The space
This is a charming private comfortable 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath Air Conditioned home. Cable/high speed internet /grilling & fire pit in the private back yard/ 1 1/2 acre lot /quality beds/ Bikes/kayaks/washer & dryer, and a stocked kitchen. Sit on the deck with views of west bay or in the wooded backyard equipped with a nice gas grill +spare tank, fire pit, Picnic table w umbrella under the pergola. Nice little table for two in the woods. Plenty of areas to gather or have your own space. Walk across the street for swimming or kayaking on West Bay. Sleeps 6.3 minutes from tart trail & Great public beach/Marina. We have different size coolers and portable lawn chairs you can use. We can also provide bed rails for small kids, high chairs, strollers. Don't need to pack everything into the car. Dethatched 2 car garage. Plenty of parking in driveway.

Our goal is to provide you with everything to have a nice vacation. Bikes with helmets, kayaks with life vests. plenty of firewood for fires,. If something breaks or you need something we are local and will take care of it immediately. You don't want to pack portable beach chairs , bulky coolers, high chair, or a stroller that just fill up your car? No problem we have what you need available.(spare full gas tank in garage) This is really a beautiful area with tons of things to do and places to visit..
