The house is just a 500-metre walk from the town centre in a small cul-de-sac, close to all amenities.
The sea reaches the edge of the town centre at high tide, and the beach at Portbail is just two kilometres away (a lovely coastal path allows you to get there on foot or by bike).
From the port of Carteret, around 7 kilometres away, ferries run in summer to the islands of Guernsey and Jersey.v
The house has its own garden (around 300 m2 behind the house) and shares a large garden planted with fruit trees with the owners' stone house, which is also rented out in summer (see photos, rental no. 682964).
Its location on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula makes it an ideal base for visiting the region: the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Sainte-mère-église and Utah beach, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue and the island of Tatihou, Cap de la Hague and its breathtaking scenery, the Cotentin and Bessin marshes park and many other treasures of the department.

The living area consists of a comfortable lounge with TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen, all fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a utility room and WC on the ground floor. The spacious, bright and well-exposed master bedroom, with a double bed, is upstairs and has its own bathroom with shower and WC.

In front of the house, on the large south/south-west facing wooden terrace, you will find a table and chairs where you can relax and admire the view of the garden and its fruit trees. A barbecue is available for guests' use. Bicycles can be hired from a professional in the town.
