Four-wheel drive is recommended during snowy months. Salt and a shovel are provided for emergencies. Snow plowing is handled by the township, and timing cannot be guaranteed, so please allow extra travel time during winter weather.

As part of the local kosher community, a brief exterior inspection may occasionally occur on Fridays. This takes only a few minutes, does not involve entering the home, and is rarely noticed by guests.
