The space
Welcome to the "Casina di Andrea", renovated in 2023 with a modern style that offers comfort and care in harmony with the surrounding nature.

As soon as you arrive you will find a relaxation area with large garden... with gazebo ... space to eat, equipped with gas barbecue, an above ground pool sun loungers and solar outdoor shower all for exclusive use for you ... thus offering an oasis of tranquility and leisure in full privacy with beautiful views of the green village of San Ginese.

The house is built on three floors connected by a modern spiral staircase to accommodate up to 4 people.
Each room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and windows equipped with mosquito nets.

Ground floor: Large living room/separate kitchen/bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The living room is a cozy space with a large sofa , armchair and rocking chair, equipped with a smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Video packages (with personal subscription).

Large kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully equipped with Nespresso and Amarican coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and complete set of dishes.

First Floor: Bedroom with double bed and work desk, adjacent bathroom with shower and amenities.

Second Floor: Two large single beds that can be transformed into a king-size bed upon request. A relaxing corner and meditation.

Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, a foam bath, shampoo, soap, and various detergents, as well as a first aid set and a hairdryer.
Bedrooms are equipped with sheets, blankets and duvets, pillows of various hardness, closet and wardrobe with hangers. Childrens lounger and changing table and lockbox are available upon request.
