A beautifully designed, contemporary apartment in the centre of Livigno. Cosy in the winter and airy in the summer, this is an ideal holiday retreat.

This peaceful apartment sleeps 6 people in considerable style. The apartment occupies the upper floor of a traditional, wooden chalet-style building. The open plan living and dining room with an open plan kitchen have wooden floors and high wooden ceilings. A door leads directly onto a private balcony, where guests can sit and enjoy the view of the mountains. The sitting area has a large, stylish sofa and flat screen tv.

The immaculate, all wood, fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The dining table, next to the kitchen, seats 6 people in comfort.

Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom with a joined double bed and a French window opening onto a 2nd balcony. The bedroom has hanging space, shelf storage and a flat-screen TV
Bedroom 2: A sunny, wooden-panelled room with a joined double bed and a large window looking out over the mountains. This room also has ample storage and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 3: This mezzanine, double bedroom, tucked under the wooden eaves, makes an ideal children’s room with 2 single beds, which can be joined to make a double bed.

Bathroom
In keeping with the rest of the apartment, this shared bathroom is beautifully appointed with stone tiles and a spacious glass shower, plus a basin, bidet and WC.

Location

This residence is in a quiet, but central, part of Livigno. It is close to the ski slopes and just 50m from the Carosello Gondola. Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort has 2 great activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (15 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (2 min walk). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months, Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park. Linate airport, Milan is a 3-hour and 20-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 3-hour and 30-minute drive from the apartment.
