This charming 4 bedroom home, two full bath is the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Tucked away on a quiet corner lot of a dead-end street, you'll feel miles away, but blocks from Ball State University, IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Cardinal Trail and a variety of restaurants and stores.
Enjoy the spacious living area, a full kitchen, & dining room perfect for a family. Step outside to a huge yard with a fire pit, deck, and grilling area—your private oasis for relaxation and fun.

The space
This well-loved well-lived home features four bedrooms and two full baths.
Our home features a first-level bedroom with a queen mattress adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed, a room with two twin beds, and a captured room with a queen mattress. (We call this room the hidden Queen. The twin and queen rooms are adjacent with a sliding barn door, perfect for families. The queen room also has access to the bathroom.
The large kitchen features a coffee station, cooking, and baking.
