- Enjoy access to the building’s amenities, including a swimming pool, game room, cinema, and 24/7 gym. The pool is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 10 PM, and closed on Mondays for maintenance. The cinema and game room are available during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that amenity hours may vary due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Valet parking has restrictions on oversized vehicles per Platinum Parking Policy. Vehicles that will be turned away include those with faulty controls or brakes, large vehicles like sprinter vans or 10+ passenger vans, dually trucks with wide wheelbases, vehicles lifted beyond 6'8", motorcycles, and any vehicle with after-market lifts or custom rims and tires.

While we strive to provide access to all amenities, their availability may be subject to maintenance, closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or compensation are not provided for unavailable amenities.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A small additional cleaning fee per pet applies.

You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay.

The check-in process is contactless and you can check-in yourself using your phone. Although we don't have onsite support staff available at all times, we are just a touch of a button away from you in case you have any questions or need anything during your stay.

You'll find yourself in a lively urban setting in the heart of Downtown Dallas, where noise and transient traffic are common. This vibrant neighborhood features a diverse community, and it's not unusual to encounter various social groups, including those experiencing homelessness.

Due to the building's age and location in the center of the city, you can expect to hear typical city center noises. If you are sensitive to aromas, this historical building may not be an ideal place for you.

Due to the excessive heat in Dallas, you might come across a june bug or a roach. We have regular pest controls in our apartments, however, if you come across any then you can contact the Host and they will send a person for disinfection.

There’s no cable connection. You may use your personal Netflix or YouTube account on the smart TV.
The apartment is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
