A 25% deposit is due within 24 hours of booking, along with the signed rental agreement, the signed acknowledgement that you have read and accept the House Rules for everyone in your group, and your government-issued photo ID (held up to your face) for safety and identification purposes. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Other guests' full names and the $500 security deposit are due 7 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made via Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or Square. We also accept personal checks as long as the funds clear our account at least 31 days prior to arrival. In lieu of the $500 security deposit guest can purchase separate property damage protection.

In lieu of the $300 security deposit, guests can purchase property damage protection. If not, the $300 deposit will be refunded within 10 days after guest's departure if it has been determined that no damage was done during guest's stay and the House Rules were honored by everyone in guest's group. If there are damages and/or House Rules were broken, part or all of the security deposit may not be returned to guest.

15 days or more prior to arrival: full refund, 8-14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund, 7 days or less prior to arrival: non-refundable. If we can rebook the dates you will receive a refund of the same number of nights and rate that we were able to rebook. The cleaning fee is refundable if you do not stay. Refunds will be less credit card processing fees, if applicable. If you begin your stay and depart early there will be no refund for unused nights or the cleaning fee. We highly recommend you purchase third party travel insurance in case you need to cancel prior to or during your stay.

Minimum rental age is 21. The booking guest must have a valid working phone number and must stay at the house all nights. No third-party bookings are allowed. The house is not wheelchair or infant-friendly, and has not been child-proofed. The front porch does not have railings. The floor in the family room is on a slight slope. There are no grab bars in the bathtubs/showers. We are not liable should something happen to an infant, toddler, child, wheelchair-bound guest, or anyone else during or after your stay.

We highly recommend you purchase accidental damage protection for damage done to the house during your stay, through a company like Rental Guardian or similar.

Only SERVICE ANIMALS are allowed. Please refer to the House Rules for Service Animal information. Emotional support animals are not Service Animals.

The house does not have cable. You can use our streaming services or your own to watch your favorite TV shows.
