This is a 1940's single level home that combines the new with the old. You'll be welcome with an open space great for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy a bright living area, cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen and gather around the dining table.

We have 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), 1 bath with shower and bathtub combo, and a washer/dryer in the 3rd bedroom with access to the backyard. Enjoy the outdoors under a 100 year old live oak tree. Parking is provided (long tandem driveway) and street parking is available if needed.
