This is a private, 2nd floor apartment in a 2-family house (duplex). The neighborhood is very safe, very quiet, and a pleasant suburban area. You are a 5-10 minute driving distance to amazing restaurants, shopping, groceries, nightlight, highways, train stations to NYC, and amazing fun things to do!

Street parking is plentiful and a parking permit is not needed. This is a corner property of a dead-end street.

» Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced. Please see house rules.
