I do not socialize with guest since I live an hour away from this unit but do enjoy meeting new people and answering questions if needed.
We have a cafe at the bottom floor of our building and many locals meet there every morning before work. If you like to people watch in the morning while you have a coffee this is a perfect spot, there is a beautiful park across from our building that over looks the river valley. The legislature grounds are a block away as well as the farmers market during the summer months.
We have under ground parking for guests with a car and a secure bike rack as well. This location is with in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, drugstores, grocery stores and shops. If you need the public transit it is also close to our location.
Our building is a quiet peaceful place, great for relaxation and close to many local city activities.
