*POOL CLOSED from 9/9/24 to 8/31/25 for renovation. Guests can use the Phil Hummel Pool on the North side of Sandestin. You can can also use the brand new Linkside pool that is to the left on the Bay side once you go past the guard gate. It is maybe a half mile once you go the the left at the round-a-bout and it is on the left. It is also heated. Discounts have already been added for the inconvenience.

Located in Beachside II on the 4th floor in Sandestin ®, this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled beachfront condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. This is one of the few "studio style" setups that offers a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience.

Amenities include a pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI.

Beachside II BEACHFRONT high rise at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, offers incredible amenities and is considered to be truly the best of the beach. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the exciting experience of scenic 30A.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay.
