The Space:
This bright and airy flat has plenty of space for all your guests. The open-plan living space leads into the kitchen and onto the garden beyond.
Decorated with a fresh and colourful palette, it is welcoming and cosy. The seating is large and comfortable, great for a night in front of the TV after a busy day. The Smart TV comes with Disney+, plus a surround sound system. There is also a large selection of cookbooks and board games to keep you entertained.
The main bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and a double bed.
The second bedroom is a little more compact but still fits a double. There is only room to access the bed from one side.
There is a single sofa bed in the lounge area, suitable for 1 extra person. Please note that this sofa bed is on the firmer side but comes with a deep mattress topper.
The limit for this flat is 5 adults and children. However, there is room to sleep 1 additional infant/toddler in a travel cot (provided) in the master bedroom.
There is a log burner in the home, but no firewood or firelighters are provided. There is also a BBQ outside that guests can use in the summer; however, our cleaners do not clean this, so please make sure you leave it clean for the next guest.
Please note that the property is also a home. It is rented out at times when I am working away. Due to this, there are various cupboards for guest use, and others that have been locked. This has all been clearly signed in the kitchen, helping to make it easier for you, and so you can quickly find things. Most personal possessions have been removed, but there are still some around. This helps to give the place a more homely feel during your stay.
Guest Access:
The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any of these spaces with anyone else.
There is no parking directly with this flat however you can pull up briefly on the street at the front to unload/load. If parking is needed, spaces are available at the Cavendish Hotel (approximately 100m away on the same street). It can be booked in advance via the 'Your Parking Space' website/app. There is no daily limit, so you can book for the entirety of your stay. It is very reasonably priced, at approximately £6/day but rates may vary. Please do book in advance during the summer months to be sure of reserving your space.
Exmouth train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away for those wishing to come by rail.
Other things to note:
Please contact us if you have any early check-in and late check-out requests, or if you wish to extend your stay, please let me know. Please inform us as far in advance as possible. Where possible, these will be accommodated but may come with additional charges.
The apartment is equipped with hand soap, a couple of toilet rolls per bathroom, and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners, and salt and pepper. If you want anything specific, please ensure you bring it with you for your stay.
