Guest access
You have access to the entire condo. There is a spot outside of the door which is covered for leaving beach "gear" or the floor level outdoor shower where you can lock up beach gear.

You are in the heart of Dewey Beach - there is action especially on weekends! This is a top floor condo, must get up 2 sets of steps.
Please note - our convenient locations means that we are at the corner of Coastal Hwy so you may hear traffic noise. We will NOT rent to anyone under the age of 25.
