Welcome to our "Rustic Retreat: Cozy Cabin in the Woods"! Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and tranquility of this secluded cabin (about 35 minutes outside of Payson). Nestled among towering pines and surrounded by the sights and sounds of the forest, our cabin is the perfect getaway for nature lovers, adventurers, and anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

The space
Our rustic cabin sits next to Tonto National Park ( it's in your backyard!). Your own private retreat in an ideal location.

Our cabin has been remodeled with updated appliances and fitted with (almost) everything you need; all the cooking essentials; microwave, coffee, kettle, utensils, cups, dishes, mugs, etc. No A/C.

Short drive to Christopher Creek.

Self check in instructions will be provided the day before your stay.

Smart TV available. Please sign into your streaming accounts (and sign out!).

Indoor or outdoor dining.

Wood - burning fireplace - bring your own wood, starters, and matches!

Guest access
You will have the entire cabin and deck to yourself. Please park on our property/up the hilly driveway. Do not park in the parking space on the narrow road (it's not ours!).

Pull your car all the way into one of our (dirt) parking spaces.

Other things to note
- Our Cabin is in the Tonto National Forest - expect bugs, critters, flys, bees, and spiders, just to name a few. Please note, spider webs form very quickly after removal and cleaning. It's just the nature of the woods. If you do NOT like bugs, this cabin is NOT for you!

- ***DUE TO REMOTE LOCATION, YOU MAY NOT HAVE CELL SERVICE BEFORE GETTING TO THE CABIN!!*** (Verizon may work, others not so much)

- Please screenshot or print directions (including code) prior to visiting cabin!

- We have satellite internet (Starlink), but it can be choppy at times.

- Pack n Play and high chair available at no extra charge.

- STAIRS!! We have a lot of them both inside and outside of the cabin. Please be careful when using the stairs and always hold onto the rail.
