Aubie's Abode was professionally designed and completely renovated in 2024 with lots of attention to details. This townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, private fenced yard with large patio, Weber grill, cooler, and patio set with built-in fire pit and interior fireplace. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes walk to downtown restaurants, stores and AU's campus, and a short drive to Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Plenty of on site parking in private driveway.
