It is on the ground floor and has a surface area of 20 M2. It can accommodate two adults and a baby.
*** This accommodation is ideal for a couple or a small family (we can provide a cot if required).
In a typically Caribbean colonial building, this flat is set in a 5-hectare tropical garden, part of a 3-star hotel complex.
For a supplement, you can use the hotel's facilities (bar, breakfast, restaurant, gym, spa, bike hire, etc).

This flat was completely renovated in 2018.
It has a Queen size bed (160x200), an integrated kitchenette, a safe and a bathroom with shower and WC. The flat is air-conditioned and fully equipped (Wi-Fi and fibre, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, hob, kitchen utensils, etc).
The swimming pool and sandy beach, complete with straw huts and deckchairs, are just 100 metres away (on foot)!
For your convenience, a concierge will be on hand to welcome you and clean up at the end of your stay.
For added safety, a security guard patrols the residence at night until the morning.
You can also take advantage of free, secure parking (24 hours a day).
The studio is located just 2 minutes from Grapes Clairs beach and 3 km from Saint-François and its marina.
You'll have fast, direct access to the port of Saint-François, where ferries depart for all excursions to the islands of Marie Galante, Les Saintes, Petite Terre and La Désirade.
There are good bars and restaurants less than 500 m away, a bakery 1 km away and a supermarket 2 km away.

They are aired, cleaned and then sanitised in accordance with the health protocol drawn up by professional hotel organisations.
Specific surfaces (door handles, switches, remote controls, frequently used furniture, etc.) are disinfected using either diluted bleach, a virucide that complies with standard NF 14476 or disinfectant wipes that are active against viruses in accordance with standard NF 14476.
However, if we are unable to travel again because of COVID 19, as we have been for the last few months, we will reimburse the sums paid in full.
