Early Checkin Fee - $40 Late Checkout Fee - $40 Subject to availabilitity :) NO SMOKING Inside. You are welcome to smoke out on the deck. Please don't toss your cigarette butts throw them out in the trash can. No parties and no large gatherings. Keys only released to the person who booked the unit. This is for insurance/security purposes. VISITORS Anyone who steps foot in the unit that's not on the reservation is considered a VISITOR. Each VISITOR is subject to a $130 fee per night. Any undisclosed visitors will be subject to a $200 per visitor per night non negotiable. All guests must be added to your reservation. No exceptions. Failure to follow this policy will result in a fee of 200 per each guest not on your reservation per night. Failure to follow this policy will lead to an immediate termination of your say with no refund. GARBAGE: There is a garbage disposal chute down the hall. Recyclable get thrown out in the parking lot right next to the exit. Make a righ out of the elevator in the lobby, walk down the hall, exit the building and immediately to your left will be a fenced off gate that you can open and drop off your recycling. CHECKING OUT: When Checking out if you are using the parking space, please move your car out, bring the remote back upstairs and then leave the keys in the large BBQ on the main deck.
