Live peacefully 25min from Manhattan: Our ground floor is where my parents stay when they visit from Germany - they are almost 80 and don't like noise. That is why we got triple pane windows... The step-free garden access makes this a perfect place for those who need a quiet retreat while being close to all that Manhattan and Brooklyn have to offer. Prospect Park is only a few blocks away! Also: Full kitchen, Miele washer/dryer and programmable Mitsubishi heating and cooling.

You will have the entire ground floor apartment to yourself. There is a separate entrance.
The garden is shared, but it is understood that you will have priority as we would not hang out right in front of your window.
We have a terrace on the 2nd floor that we would use primarily (same reason, directly in front of our kitchen).
