Overview

Welcome to Seascape 3247!

This villa is a two-level town home that has been newly remodeled and has all the comforts of home. You’ll find the main level to be quite spacious with all new comfortable furnishings and new hardwood flooring. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. The living room opens to a deck with new furniture and gas grill overlooking "Turtle Lagoon".

Located on the second floor, this villa offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master suite provides a king size bed as well as a private en-suite. The guest bedroom provides two queen size beds. Guest bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom.

Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two salt water swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.
There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.

In 2019 my wife and I decided to purchase a quite villa in the back of Seascape Villas after coming to Hilton Head for 10 years and staying at the Marriott Grande Ocean across the street. We loved the area and though we should open our villas up to other families so they can make great memories the same way we have since 2009. We have tried to cover all the necessaries that would make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. We hope your stay with us meets all expectation and we are always here to provide assistance during your stay. Recently we have added 2 other properties to our short term vacation rentals and will continue to provide accommodations that meet our renters expectations.

Paypal and Venmo accepted. Major credit cards can be used through Square. We ask for 50% due at booking. All guests will be required to sign our lease agreement and provide a drivers license prior to their arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation of seven (7) days or more must be cancelled in writing thirty (30) prior to arrival for a full refund minus $75 cancellation fee. Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled in writing thirty (30) days prior to arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to arrival for refund. All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable.
