The house is a 2Bed 2Bath and 2 patios with garden view. A spacious fully equipped kitchen where you can feel like a chef and make your favorite dishes from scratch.

The living room has an extra large comfortable sectional with room for 6 ,blankets to stay cozy, and a 65" 4K Smart TV. The perfect space to unwind.

the kitchen includes everything you need to make deliciously intricate meals, and an Air fryer if you prefer your meals to be made quickly. The dining table has 4 chairs and a high chair available for young children.

The master suite has a vanity room with full length wall to wall mirrors to guarantee you don't miss any angles, a 50" smart TV with Roku device for streaming. a Queen size bed, and its own private patio. An adult bath chair, a baby bath tub and a pack and play are also available and stored in the closet if needed.

The second bedroom also has a smart TV and its own closet. The second bathroom has a bathtub with glass door and an integrated seat, making it easier for people who can't stand for a long time in the shower.

The garden has a small lemon tree, fig tree, and aromatic herbs. Those are seasonal. You are welcome to help yourself to some fruits in a reasonable manor. Please be considerate of the next guests.

The community pool is available for use during the summer. The key to the pool will be provided at check in.

For parking, the driveway has enough space for two cars and the garage for one car. No parking on the street. You will have access to both bedrooms, both bathrooms, living area, kitchen and office, the garden and both patios.

Guests will not have access to the storage room or any other spaces that are locked and/or marked "DO NOT ENTER".
The washer and dryer are located in the locked garage. Starter supplies will be provided for stays that are a couple days long. Longer stays would require guest to purchase their own additional items.

OUR HOUSE RULES:

1. NO SMOKING. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana.

2. QUIET HOURS are from 9PM-8AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.

3. NO PETS. Pets are not permitted on the premises.

4. NO PARTIES. Events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

5. OCCUPANCY is limited to the number of guests on your reservation for a maximum of 4. No unregistered guest are allowed unless approved by your host.

6. DO NOT move furniture.

7. DO NOT use the chimney, it is there only for aesthetic purposes.

8. TOWELS: Use only the black towels marked with “Makeup” to remove your makeup and prevent staining the white towels.

9. TRASH. Please be mindful of your trash. Dispose of your trash by using the bins in the back. Pick up is every Thursday morning. Please roll the bins to the curb on Wednesday night to prevent infestation. Let me know if you would prefer our staff to do that for you.

10. CAMERAS: DO NOT temper with security cameras. You will be asked to leave the property with no refund.

11. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the drains (flushable wipes must go into the trash).

Please understand that violation of the house rules will result in a fee of $500 or higher if damage is caused. We do ask that you leave the house in the same condition that you found it so that our next guest can enjoy it as well. This includes not moving the furniture.

I will be available over the phone at check in/check out time, and between the hours of 8am to 8pm MST during your stay. Please communicate with me if your arrival time will be delayed. I will send someone in person if there is an emergency.

Quiet residential neighborhood with fun mom and pop restaurants at walking distance. Grocery store and Starbucks also at walking distance.

The house is located directly behind a grocery store and restaurants. The occasional delivery and garbage trucks can be heard in the background but the sound is muffled by the double Low E glass windows and doors.
Please note that we also have five actively recording cameras on site outside the house at all times to guarantee the security of our guests and our property. Camera are in the garage, outside in front of the garage facing the road, one faces the gate outside, one faces the garden outside and the last one is on the patio protecting the entrance to the storage room. All the cameras are oriented to the outside and never record the inside of the house.

*Please note that we collect a $500 deposit that is charged 2 days before check-in and released automatically 2 days after checkout given no damage is reported and no house rules were broken during the stay.
