PROPERTY MANUAL:

Check-out is 11AM

ACCESS: To access the garage, building and the apartment, you will use a fob.

ADA: There are elevators, a wheelchair lift and pool lift on site. Please find management during business hours before operating wheelchair and pool lifts.

ELEVATORS: The apartment in on an upper level. There are (3) elevators located at the main/side entrance lobby, southeast and northwest corners of the parking garage.

LOCK BOX: Typically the code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. The fob will be available 30 minutes before check-in time. Detailed instructions will be sent at least 24 hours before check-in.

PARKING: One assigned garage parking space included with reservation. Please update host if additional parking is needed. Pricing and availability may vary on PARKADE app.

POOL/BBQ: Please follow all pool, bbq, and all community amenities rules posted. If the pool is crowded, management may ask guests to wear the (3) allocated rubber wrist bands found in the hall table drawer. Replacement costs for lost or damaged bands will be charged to the guest.

VALET Trash: Sunday to Thursday, place tied trash bag inside kitchen outside apartment door after 6PM. The can must be brought back inside the apartment before 9AM the next day. No service Friday nights, Saturday morning, Saturday night or Sunday mornings. Trash cans left outside the unit after 9AM on pick up days will reLAsult in guests incurring management fines.

LINENS/TOILETRIES: All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked. Additional supplies will be found in the closet of the double queen bedroom. Seat cushions for balcony chairs are located in the laundry room.

GYM/KUERIG STATION/BILLIARDS/LOUNGES/OFFICE SPACES: Most community amenities are available for use during your reservation. The fob may be needed to access some spaces. Please observe all posted rules.

RESTROOMS: If needed there are restrooms on the property for your convenience. There are restrooms at the East entrance near the pool and billiards room. There is a restroom located outside the gym entrance.

DELIVERIES: Grocery and food deliveries are permitted. Please meet drivers at the main entrance. Deliveries to individual apartments are not permitted.


HOUSE/COMMUNITY RULES:

NO PETS allowed. Owners/persons responsible for bringing unauthorized animals that cause injury to persons and damage to property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and will be held financially responsible.

QUIET HOURS are 10PM to 7AM (This community is downtown and may have noisy outdoor events.)

No one under 25 years of age is permitted to make a reservation. It is not permitted to make a reservation for someone who is under 25 years of age.

No parties or unauthorized events of any kind are permitted. No filming or photography of the property without prior permission. In addition to the thos who are in violation of this policy, persons who made the reservation will be held responsible should their guests cause bodily harm and/or damage to the property.

No unauthorized guests/guests not included in the reservation are permitted to stay the night on the property.

No smoking/vaping on the property/within 10 feet of the property.

Surveillance cameras are throughout the property (not in the apartment). The host and building management reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund for guests who break host and management rules.

Do not remove decor, furniture, linens or fixtures. Do not attempt to open locked/storage/supple areas.

The package room is not available to guests. Host and management is not responsible for any purchases not received.

Please use dark linens/make-up towels to remove make up. Hair dye and/or use of materials that might stain/damage are not permitted.

Refrain from flushing or pour diapers, wipes, chemicals, grease, and other otherwise unintended substances or items down the toilet or sink drains.

The apartment and the building may not be childproof. Be cautious. There is 2-story balcony in the apartment, stairwells, windows that can be opened, unlocked cabinets, matches, batteries, small items that may cause choking, exposed outlets, toxic cleaning products, sharp objects, rooftop amenities (pool, BBQ, high viewing location), unknown persons (delivery drivers, etc.) and other potential hazards on the property at all times.

Any violations of HOUFY.com, host and property management rules will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and any and all costs related to damage of the property and/or impact on future reservations will incurred by the guest.

Guests will be asked to purchase insurance and/or make a deposit for incidentals at booking.
