The home

This is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house sitting on 0.9 acres in a quiet residential neighborhood in Greenwood’s Center Grove area. The layout works well for families, reunions, friend groups, and multi-generational gatherings - enough space that 12 people aren’t on top of each other.

The main bedroom has a king bed. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds with blackout curtains, full-sized mirrors, and fresh towels. The fourth bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with six single beds, its own TV, and a nebula projector that turns the ceiling into a starfield — kids tend to claim this room immediately.

The open-plan living and dining area seats everyone comfortably for meals, game nights, or just hanging out. There are four smart TVs throughout the house, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace if you need to handle anything for work.

The kitchen is fully stocked: waffle maker, rice cooker, blender, spice rack, coffee maker with supplies, and all the cookware and utensils you’d need to make meals for the full group.

Washer and dryer are on-site.

The backyard

This is what sets this property apart. Nearly an acre of private outdoor space with:

• A 7-person hot tub with 65 jets and a mounted outdoor TV — we call it the “Spa & Stream” setup. It runs year-round, 24 hours.

A gas grill with three propane tanks (refills available at the nearby CITGO).
• The fenced yard is also great for dogs — this is a pet-friendly property (pet fee applies; let us know at booking so we can prep).

Location

Greenwood sits just south of Indianapolis - close enough to reach everything, far enough to enjoy a peaceful neighborhood. You’re in the Center Grove area, three minutes from Center Grove High School, which is convenient for school events, sports tournaments, and graduation weekends.

Hot tub:

As part of our cleaning protocol, the hot tub may be freshly drained and refilled before your arrival. If so, it takes 3–5 hours to reach full temperature from your check-in time. We’ll let you know in advance if this applies to your stay.


Grill & propane:

Three propane tanks are provided. We don’t refill them, but the nearby CITGO station offers quick refills - just swap out an empty tank.

Noise monitoring:

A noise-level monitoring device is installed on the property. It tracks decibel levels only - not conversations or content. This is standard for properties that host larger groups and helps us maintain good relationships with our neighbors. Please do not remove or tamper with this device.

Booking verification:

A government-issued ID is required from the primary guest immediately after booking.

This property is not suitable for:
∙ Large parties or events with loud music (neighbors are full-time residents and will report disturbances)
∙ People intending to leave large amount of trash/mess/ pet mess behind. This is our home.
∙ Smoking of any kind, indoors or outdoors
