Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay, including the attached garage and backyard. Access to the locked closet by the kitchen is restricted. For your safety and to protect the property, please do not enter the attic.
Check-in is entirely contactless. While we won’t be available in person, we are always easy to reach via the platform, text, or phone. We respond quickly and can easily coordinate maintenance or additional cleaning when needed.
To preserve our property standards, we strictly enforce the following:
Smoking & Flames: No smoking inside the home (outdoor smoking is permitted), and no open flames/candles.
No Parties: No events or unlisted visitors allowed.
Quiet Hours: Observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Pets: Maximum of 3 allowed. You must clean up all pet waste to avoid additional fees.
Parking Details: Primarily via the attached garage and driveway. Oversized trucks may find maneuvering tight.
Safety & Security Features: Three exterior security cameras monitor the exterior (tampering with devices violates house rules; no cameras are inside). The home is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.
