While sheets and pillows are provided you can save money by bringing towels or we can recommend a service that will drop off and pick up towels for your stay. Starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels are provided. Dish soap and hand soaps are also provided. We also try to provide complimentary K-Cups for you to enjoy.

Other things to note
🏠Settling In:

-We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, a small dish soap and kitchen sponge. Consider packing extras for the week or pick up when you grocery shop.

Kitchen trash bags and dishwasher tabs are located under sink. Hand soap is provided in each bathroom- if it’s getting low, let us know so we can have it refilled. *Please do not remove *

-While we do provide bed linens and pillows for each bed - you will need to bring your own towels & hand towels. We can recommend a few local services that will drop off and pick up towels for you and your guests - just ask, at least one week prior to your stay for best results.

-We know that bugs are not on your guest list, but every now and then one may wander in. While we do have regular pest treatments, we don’t offer refunds for unexpected bug appearances. If it seems like you keep seeing them in the same place, let us know so we can pass it along to our pest control pros and who will politely evict them. Ants are common in this area, we have some ant traps at the house, but fair warning - the traps tend to attract ALL the ants for a short period of time! We can usually have our pest control treat in 48hrs of being notified during the work week.

🐾Our Pet Policy🦴

-We’re happy to host your pup! One friendly dog under 50 lbs is welcome for a $75 pet fee.

-We ask that you please pick up after your pet so the space stays clean for everyone. If any 'mess' is left behind, we may need to charge an extra cleaning fee.

-For everyone’s comfort and safety, dogs should stay leashed while outside on the property.

-We know back home your pup may have different rules; but we ask that you please keep them off the couches and beds. If our cleaning team finds that there’s a lot of pet hair on the bedding or mattress covers, a $50 cleaning fee per bed may be applied.

🚲Bikes & Boards🏄‍♂️
-8 Bikes and 2 locks are available to use while you stay with us. We also have some beach chairs and boogie boards to use. While we hope everything works flawlessly, we can't guarantee condition of these items. Please let us know if there's an issue so we can try to address it.

🏎️Early Check-ins/Late Checkouts☀️
We understand that you are probably driving from far away and want to make the most of your vacation with us. Please understand that:

• In-Season (Memorial Day – Labor Day):
Due to our tight turnover schedule during the busy summer season, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
• Off-Season (Labor Day – Memorial Day):
We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out when our schedule allows. Please reach out a few days before your stay to check availability.
• Fee:
If approved, it’s our pleasure to offer an early check-in or late check-out for free. Should you desire BOTH a $50 fee will be required.
• Note: Approval is subject to cleaning schedules, timing and other reservations.
