About this place
Forget your worries on the spacious sweeping porch with endless views. This rental will be the half villa which can sleep up to 6! You will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 with an awesome outdoor shower), kitchen, and living room areas! Lots of parking on a nice flat driveway! Great for 1-2 couples or bring the family - kids love our hideway room (it can also accomadate an adult)! Solar with battery back up! 5 mins from town! No other groups will have the downstairs of villa.
The space
This is the top half of the villa only - up to 3 bedrooms - you will have full access to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 with a great outdoor shower), the kitchen/living area as well as the amazing wrap around patio! Easy flat driveway with lots of parking!

This is the top half of the villa only - up to 3 bedrooms - you will have full access to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 with a great outdoor shower), the kitchen/living area as well as the amazing wrap around patio!
Other things to note
This is the half villa booking - you will not have any other guests/parties booking downstairs nor will you have access to the downstairs.

There is a choice of 1 King Bed, or 2 Twin Beds - not both! Please let us know your preference prior to check-in!
House has solar with battery back up power (please note, battery conservation is still recommended during black outs and is not guaranteed to last in prolonged periods of no power). We are not responsible for extended black outs from the grid. We do have flash lights and battery powered fans as back up. Also travel insurance is suggested for emergency/weather related conditions effecting travel.
We are located in the islands where power and water are expensive and hard to come by, we recommend conserving when possible.
